Practitioner Reading List
I have a traditional PM background and have been working in an Agile environment for about 10 months now. I've done a great deal of reading about Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and have raised quite a few questions with our implementation of Scrum.
From my experience I find many people have their own interpretation of what 'Agile' means which can be quite frustrating. Some like to follow the Scrum framework like religion while others choose to take bits from various Agile disciplines based on what works. I guess there is no hard-and-fast rule, but from my perspective there are few core Scrum beliefs that should always be followed and that's where I'm getting the most grief from.
I'm very excited to fill in the missing pieces so I can make myself a more effective Scrum Master.
