Agile Support Helping You Get Better at Agile

Folks,

Currently as an Agile Project Manager (& Scrum Master) I am eligible for a yearly bonus if I meet set objectives.

The objectives should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound).

My boss has asked me to come up with SMART objectives for myself.

For a Development Manager a SMART objective may be Deliver ABC Application v.1.1 in Q3.
For a Sales Manager it may be sign-up $2 million in revenue in Q3.

What do you think some SMART objectives would be for an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master?

I feel a lot of what we do is subjective. Any ideas?
