Agile Support Helping You Get Better at Agile

Computer Services writing their own first Agile Book that will capture their ideas on implementing agile concepts in our day to day operation. This is a collaborative approach to be done (hopefully) by the whole team.

Hi Team: Let's use this feature to write our agile book. It is a worth experiment.

The topics I'd like us to capture here will be related to how to apply agile concepts in our departments. I expect each one of us to:

(1) Have a chapter related to how we can apply Agile Concepts to our daily operation as follows:
- Rob: For the HelpDesk
- Blake: For the network operation
- Dave: For research and new ideas projects
- Christian: For project initiation and management
- Anas: For strategic planning
(2) Contribute to the chapters of others with comments and feedback as necessary.
