Introductions

Hello!

I did some consulting with TVWorks management during Spring/Summer 2007. Still, I'll introduce myself briefly to those whom I've not had the pleasure to meet already.

I've been in business software development since 1982, in roles from programmer to o-o analyst and business analyst. I started using Scrum in the private sector in 2001, and have since had the chance to use it with both large and small organisations. I was among the first Certified Scrum Masters and Certified Scrum Practitioners and have deep roots in the international Scrum, Lean and Agile communities. I started the Agile community on InfoQ.com in Spring 2006 and I still lead the team of Agile news writers and edit content for InfoQ. I also faciliate Open Space "unconference" events, BarCamps, etc.

My passions are team and ProductOwner coaching, business-IT alignment, transparent reporting and agile metrics. I love to help people collaborate to remove the walls they've been banging their heads against. I enjoy battling the death-march dragon and would love to helping you recapture the joy that, once upon a time, called you into this career.

I look forward to sorting through the possibilities with you, once again.
